Ashraf Zaghloul founded NTG International in 1992. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications from the University of Cairo and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba. He has been involved with information technology and communications since 1981. Ashraf has held senior management positions at, and consulted to, many major private and public sector corporations in the areas of data and voice networks, and Internet/Intranet.

Ahmed is the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at NTG Clarity, where he drives the company’s strategy for delivering innovative and scalable technology solutions. Azza Adel is a highly accomplished Senior Business Consultant with over 15 years of progressive experience in the IT sector, specializing in enterprise solutions, ERP systems, and software development lifecycle management. Suzan Ibrahim Hassan is a highly experienced Business and Systems Analyst with over 19 years in the IT industry. A graduate of the Computer Science Department at Sadat Academy, she began her career as a Senior Oracle Developer and later led development teams. Suzan holds certifications including Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), and MCIT from Egypt’s Ministry of Communications. Her expertise spans Oracle E-Business Suite, ERP development, and enterprise-level consulting. She has worked on major projects both in Egypt and internationally, including with the Egyptian Government and ZATCA in Saudi Arabia. Suzan is known for her strong technical background, leadership skills, and strategic approach to system analysis and digital transformation. She brings deep experience in solution architecture and systems integration. Her contributions continue to drive efficiency and innovation across the organizations she supports.
